THE CHALLENGE

Multitude of products for variety of user groups. Ranging from small, very quick prototypes, new projects, created from the scratch to ongoing redesigning of existing products with long history of  legacy code.

More often than not small product are changing drastically throughout their production lifecycle. As in any large international organization there is number of challenges, including internal structures, inter-departments collaboration, as well as coordinating multitude of people working on various projects simultaneously. All that at a very fast pace.

THE OUTCOME

Combination of number of products and processes on internal systems on multiple platforms for various user groups within the bank. I had an opportunity to be working on every step of software creation from product idea creation, through research and user feedback, creating wireframes, user flows, UI design – screen layouts for various devices, working with micro-interactions, creating and updating styleguides, reworking icons to fit new style, creating design system as well as front-end development and end user testing.
Working on redesigning Mobile app for both iOS and Android – together with helping devs to implement new design.
Using Jira, Confluence tools, Agile Scrum Environment on a daily basis.
